Thank you for visiting the JobAdvisor website (the "Site"). The Site is operated Search Party Holdings Pty Ltd trading as JobAdvisor, ACN 605 350 696 ("JobAdvisor", "we", "us" or "our").

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use set out below. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. We may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Site. Our Subscription Terms and Conditions must be accepted and adhered to by advertisers who use the services available through the Site.

User Generated Content

The Site provides users with the opportunity to post content to the Site. Users of this Site accept complete responsibility for the effect and/or consequences of any content posted by them on the Site.

We shall not be liable whatsoever to users of the Site, employers and advertisers listed on the Site or any other party for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee the anonymity of your review

You are entirely responsible for ensuring that the information you provide cannot be used to determine your identity. While we take all due care in ensuring the anonymity of the information you provide, the possibility exists that a third party, such as your employer, may be able to determine your identity, based upon information you provide, or where we are legally required to disclose your information. We disclaim all liability to you to the greatest extent possible pursuant to applicable laws should this occur. Your review includes your rating of your employer, your comments relating to that employer and any salary information provided.

Your responsibility for your password and login

To become a registered user, you must provide a password and a login name. You must keep this information secret and you are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password and login name. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your login name. You may change your password at any time by following the instructions on the Site. You may also change your login by contacting customer services. You may also delete services attached to your registration at your convenience. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your login name or any other breach of security known to you.

Site or services we link to or that link to the Site

We may provide links from the Site to websites and other resources provided and maintained by third parties. Such linked sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for the content or copyright compliance of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. We provide these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us of the linked site. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked sites and will not be liable for any damages or loss arising in any way out of or in connection with or incidental to any information or third party service provided by any third party. Job vacancies advertised on the Site

We give no guarantee to you of the continued availability of any particular job vacancy advertised on the Site and will not be liable to you should an advertiser have filled the vacancy before removing it from the Site. While we try to ensure that jobs advertised are for actual job vacancies, we give no guarantee that every job advertisement represents an actual job vacancy.

The Site does not provide professional advice

You acknowledge and agree that information published by us is intended to provide general information only. We do not endorse or recommend any of the businesses or employment opportunities advertised on the Site and we strongly recommend you obtain your own independent legal, accounting, financial or taxation advice, as appropriate, prior to entering into any relationship with any advertiser on the Site. Limitation of liability

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms and conditions or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time you accessed the Site.

Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, that part shall be severed from these terms and conditions and the remainder of these terms and conditions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Choice of law and jurisdiction

The laws governing these terms and conditions will be the laws of New South Wales, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts and its Appellate Courts and the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia sitting in New South Wales, Australia.
