Pros:

JobVibe is one of the best teams I have worked with. The culture and working environment is really friendly. We spend most of the time at work everyday, it never feels boring or tiring. They have a great product with a good potential and I love working on it.

Cons:

I cannot think of any cons for working here.

“Changing the way it's done”

Pros:

We're a company that is changing the way things are done when it comes to workplace culture. It's all about how we can make engagement a more human experience.

We're a a lean and agile business - we're continually learning and that is a huge positive for the business. You're always being challenged and thinking of new ways to do things. You also get a huge sense of freedom and flexibility to put your ideas forward.

If you want to work somewhere where no day is the same and have a huge thirst for knowledge and new experiences - this is the place you need to be.

Cons:

If you're not a self-starter that is hungry for learning and with a passion for the customer, for the product and to build something together, this might not be for you.

“Super strong team with big ambition”

Pros:

Everyone has complete focus and is dedicated to achieving our vision. It's extremely rewarding to work with such a committed (and talented) group of people.

Cons:

We have limited resources which can make it hard to work quickly and can be frustrating. But as we grow I believe this will become less of an issue.

“World class team”

Pros:

I've never worked with such a passionate, smart and dedicated team that also works really well together. There's no ego and no bulls***, everyone's just working their butts off towards something we're all genuinely excited about. It also helps that the JobVibe product is pretty damn cool, with huge global potential.

Cons:

There's no well worn path so we need to figure things out as we go and work with a lot ambiguity, without much support and without access to resources others might take for granted. Personally, that's what I love but start-up isn't very everyone.
